Provided in-house leasing across 3 luxury apartment buildings. Oversaw the entire leasing process, from marketing and lead tracking, to preparing lease documents and tenant financials. Assisted the community manager with daily building operations, tenant questions & concerns. Assisted with staging and preparation of furnished rental units. Quickly established a low or zero vacancy rate, built relationships that brought return tenants and numerous referrals.

Managed all aspects of daily operations in a 72 unit community, including leasing, maintenance supervision, unit turnaround, inspections, tenant issues, rent collection & payment processing. Established solid vendor relationships, often resulting in discounts for services performed. Prepared and served legal documents such as 3 Day Notices/ Rent Increases. Monitored market activity in order to correctly price units for maximum profit and quick rental. Served as general tenant-landlord liaison. Consistently maintained the lowest vacancy and highest tenant retention rates across the company.
