I spent more than two decades as a trial attorney — standing before juries, Judges, and skeptical audiences — learning how to make people believe. Now I teach others to do the same. As a former television news anchor and legal analyst, I brings a rare combination of legal strategy, behavioral psychology, and storytelling to one of the most pressing challenges in professional life: how to advocate for yourself and your ideas. I've worked with executives and teams at Harvard Business School, Google, LinkedIn, LVMH, and organizations across industries, helping them communicate with the compassion, credibility, and charisma that moves people to act. My work has been featured on The Today Show, CNN, Fox News Channel, MSNBC, and CBS. Publisher's Weekly calls my book, The Elegant Warrior, a "template for achieving life and career goals". My passion is helping healthcare professionals and women in male dominated spaces learn to build credibility with compassion and charisma.
