Training period of my IUP. Designing, building and commissioning of signal conditionning devices for the instrumention of several helicopter turbine's test bench

Management for designing and building of Hydro-electrical plants (0.2 to 40MW). Senior project manager and technical referrer into electro-mechanics, electro-technic, electricity (HV/LV with Genset and UPS), automation (PLC, Scada) and utilities (Fire system, video, control access, lights, outlets, communication) Project management and team leader, from design monitoring to site hand-over acceptance. Management of customer interfaces, project’s treasury, specification, procurement (French and international supplier monitoring), scheduling, analysis, supervision and reporting including strategic improvement and quality appliance. In case on necessity, I have also realized commissioning and training courses. In parallel as referrer, assistance has been provided to commercial department for the preparation of tenders/contract/quotation, development of working standards with the Indian subsidiary, internal training and specific diagnostic mission for rehabilitation
