Lead author of the Determinants of Equity report that serves as a compendium of community indicators that can be used to track progress towards reducing inequities in King County. This is a foundational piece of work that supports the King County Equity and Social Justice Strategic Plan (2016-2022) and is used as a key resource internally for groups that are identifying key equity and social justice outcome indicators. This work draws from the experience of seasoned subject matter experts and from looking at an array of practices aimed at understanding and reducing inequities.

As an intern, I learned to facilitate client discussions individually and in treatment groups. I also learned to successfully produce timely communications about client treatment status to Drug Diversion Court and Mental Health Court. After eight months of hard work, I was hired upon graduation.
