* Currently serving as the IBC Coordinator including duties associated with IACUC, coordinate IBC meetings, review submissions and manage occupational health training associated with IBC. * Review initial applications, amendments, and renewals; assisting PI with submission and protocol creation. * Created and published an instructional guide for Principal Investigators for use with iRIS. * Designed and published a training guide for committee members for review purposes and iRIS management. * Perform NIH Grant Congruency Reviews for IACUC protocols and assist with laboratory inspections. * Science Camp Coordinator: Organization of camp activities for hands-on experiments for HS students, providing materials to PIs where necessary, management of meals, and student attendee recruitment.

Assisted in projects involving tissue sample processing, mouse methodology training, cell culture, laboratory ordering/inventory and miscellaneous duties associated with laboratory maintenance. Provided assistance in processing of protocol amendments and other administrative duties.

Preparation of solutions, development of laboratory protocols, bacterial cell culture, protein solubilization/isolation, and crystallization methods.

A wonderful study abroad experience in London. Learned about the history of photography and it's expansion as an art form. Explored London through a "History of London" course that gave students incredible insight into it's culture and past.
