Passionate on Change and Innovation Management, Improvement and Transformation, as well of IM, Culture Change and Project Management, specially focusing on leading and developing people and the way they relate. I have worked for many companies my main roles were centered on Human Resources Strategy and Information Technology Consultancy and Project Management. Integration and Transformation Programs, as well as Change Management, People Development, Culture Change and Engagement Projects were part of my daily work during my first 6 years at Airbus, working closely with Operations, Manufacturing and Lean Communities. I have been a transnational HRBP for Transport Services working to develop employees and company competences to support the Growth of the Services business in Airbus Defense and Space. Now, l work in Business Excellence working to bring new ways of working and innovation to the business.
