Responsible of the biding process, developing the following tasks: • Preparation of the Vendor List, Procurement Plan and rest of procurement formats • Requesting for Proposals and its modifications • Activating and expediting the vendors status • Preparation of the Economic Comparatives, and final Commercial Evaluation Forms • Preparation of FEED Phase Budget • Preparation of the Recommendation to Award Form for detailed engineering • Negociation and clarification for Final Awarding of the scope of supply • Awarding and preparation of the Purchase Orders • Activation from the fabrication phase until delivery at site

Working for the PMRT project of Petroperú in Talara (Perú). Within the Procurement Department of the CPT team, contracted by Petroperú as Supervisors for the EPC •Checking the status of the purchase orders: awards, in process and delayed •Following the inspections carried out at suppliers shops and studding its forms (pre.- inspection meetings, partial inspections and end/finals reports). •Paying attention to all the pending points, minor troubles or the opened Non-conformities, with the aim of avoiding possible delays in delivery time and working for assurance the fulfilment of the quality requirements stablished for each equipment. •Elaborating weekly the Pre inspection Meetings and Inspections form: an executive summary of the Inspections realized in the week, the orders (requests) with deliveries nearby and / or conquered, the opened and closed non-conformities, and remarking all the points that would cause deviation to the schedule stablished.

Developing activities related to procurement management and purchasing activation of: materials, equipment and subcontract services for Yanbu III project. • Requesting for quotations • Evaluation of competitive quotes • Negotiating with vendors • Tabulating and establishing economic deals to award the supplies to the best in price and more competitive supplier once the offers has passed the technical and commercial requirements • Issuing purchase orders based on economic tabulations and previously signed • Keeping the files properly organized • Being the commercial contact with vendors • Keeping the Director of Procurement updated of the progress of the schedules, recommend corrective actions and ask for their intervention when needed special activation.

Assistance for EPC Projects in Peru. Tasks: • Supporting the Project Manager in customer relations • In charge of coordinating the project team specialists • Responsible for controlling and monitoring the project schedule • Responsible for controlling and monitoring the supply, scope and documentation of the assigned area. • Developing and verifying the material requisitions
