I am a Mechanical Engineer with more than 24 years of experience. The last 20 years I have been working in CMP Automotive Group (a company that manufactures Rubber to Metal components for the Automotve Industrie). I have been developing myself inside the organization from Continuous Improvement, Logistics Technician, Sales Technician and Project Manager. During this time I have worked with Tier 1's such as ZF, ThyssenKrupp Bilstein and OEM's such as VW, PAG & GM. We have managed to deliver Top Mounts & Rubber bushes to all our customers with good quality, right on time and going though the normal issues on a day to day Project, always sharing the info with our customers and looking for the involvement of our suppliers and our team. The Project could be handle to Serial Production once the manufacturing rates are as per expectations and all the tooling was paid in. I have been working with colleagues all over the world, from China, Romania, Brazil and Mexico, my manager has been located in Germany for a long time and I have really enjoyed working with American customers. I am a committed & enthusiastic person, proactive, results oriented and hard worker, I like team work and receive the involvement of the rest of the members, the same as helping in their development. I am a comprenhensive person that likes a win/win strategy, I have a direct communication together with a customer oriented person and I like sharing the good results with all the team.
