Improve the Supply chain between Fujikura Salamanca – Fukijura Puebla. Ensure coverage of the VW process, with the correct sequencing of finished product. Receipt of releases of the Client (VW, Webasto Plymouth for Ford and Corvette) Analysis of the Client demand, variations, incorporation of new numbers. To elaborate production programs for all the lines of assembles (court, textiles, pieces, carrousel of assembles end) Capture of requirements in SAP and follow-up order of production in MES. Analysis and follow-up to inventories.

To programm loadings under scheme of windows of load and unload; for Mercedes, BMW, GM, VW, Ford, Chrysler; Toyota, Rollins, Sling) with base in the needs of the client. To calculate containers and units for compilation of materials with base in the needed space To quote, and to programm special, land, air, and sea-freights. Imports at Manzanillo Port.

Receipt of orders (spare parts, series, export, preserie, auto-show, special events). To consult portal EDI, for capture of VW's requirements Analysis of the Client demand.(PDE VWM). Capture of requirements in SAP. Analysis of variations of requirements, and raw material. Identification of critical materials, or in risk obsolescence Logistics KPIs). Identification of critical materials, or in obsolescence risk Documentation Control (logistics) in to the Quality System.

To supervise the follow-up of routes. (Location of units, schedules of I arrive, transit time, loaded, loaded materials, delays, critical materials). To supervise that the materials submit in the correct Ship (series, export, spare parts). To report to suppliers on returns of material, as well as discrepancies of invoices, missing materials. To supervise to the personnel in charge of the revenue of units to the Ship of unload; as well as the availability of platforms. Confirm with Disposition VW requirements and priorities.

Mapping proceses. Found Oportunities areas. Improve formats, process and activities. Create KPI´s Control Documentation.

To Plan and design pick up routs. Confirm with VW Disposition and Suppliers. VW requirements Calculate space and trucks needed.

Update routs in TNM System. Create “Liquidacion” Report, with total of units, pick ups
