Built PlayerRX from scratch to solve a problem I'd lived with for twenty years: the private individual soccer trainer has never had a platform built for the way they actually work. Hudl is for teams. Trace is a camera. Nothing existed for the coach working one on one with a player on a local pitch. Designed and launched a multi-tenant SaaS platform around the Individual Development Plan framework I've used with over 100 NWSL professionals, including Alex Morgan, Kelley O'Hara, Rachel Daly, Kristie Mewis, and Kennedy Fuller. What I shipped: A full coach and player workspace with digital IDP builder, session logging, homework tracking, game data with heat maps and shot charts, pro-game analysis framework, direct messaging, and Stripe-powered package management. Productised a twenty-year coaching methodology into a platform every private trainer can run with their own roster. A player portal where each athlete owns their goals, strengths, and mirror players, the first platform in the space built with player accountability at the centre. At Tigres Femenil, I had the privilege of overseeing the Individual Development Program (IDP) under the leadership of Head Coach Carmelina Moscato. My role focused on elevating player performance by designing and implementing personalized IDPs that aligned seamlessly with Tigres’ playing philosophy. Key Highlights: Bespoke Player Development: Delivered tailored one-on-one technical and tactical sessions, addressing player-specific areas for growth to enhance their contribution within the team structure. Data-Driven Insights: Collaborated with the coaching staff and sports scientists to analyze performance data and integrate findings into individualized training strategies. Video Analysis: Conducted comprehensive game footage reviews, identifying strengths and areas for improvement to refine player development plans. Holistic Growth: Emphasized technical mastery, tactical understanding, and mental resilience while fostering a growth mindset among players. Seamless Integration: Played a key role in ensuring that individual development efforts complemented the overall team objectives and Tigres’ dynamic style of play. This experience allowed me to contribute to one of the most successful women’s soccer teams in North America while honing my skills in fostering player potential through collaborative and innovative methodologies.

As an MLS PDO, I was given the task of growing Tampa's AYSO into a flourishing club and finding a 'Travel Club' to blend the AYSO talent into the next level. I educated local coaches and built a 'soccer tots' academy from scratch.
