Brenda Shumate

Brenda is a strategic leader with 30 years of executive leadership in the energy industry focused keenly on optimizing Engineering, Maintenance, Operations and Supply Chain functions. As Vice President, Brenda has P&L responsibility for assets across 10 states, overseeing the optimization and operations of midstream assets. She leads a team of 400 direct and indirect employees, fostering a culture of engagement, excellence, and continuous improvement. She is passionate about health, safety, and environmental excellence, and actively collaborates across generations, cultures, industries, and experience levels. She leverages her diverse operational and technical background, strong business acumen, and Lean Six Sigma skills to deliver sustainable solutions for the industry's most challenging problems.Brenda holds an MBA, an MS in Engineering Technology Management, and a BS in Industrial Engineering with a Minor in Statistics from Oklahoma State University.
