Analysing and providing both hardware and software related IT solutions for GE's local, On Site and international 'End Users'​. -Through GE's IT ServiceNow application, analysing, planning, managing and providing solutions to both user created incidents and requests as well as system generated requests such as PC Deployments and Refreshes. -When necessary escalating the incidents to GE's international software teams and tracking the incident processes in collaboration with engineers from these international teams, analysing, supporting, testing and notifying the End Users once their incidents are solved. -In charge of GE Corporate IT department's PC stock, and it's management including PC Deployments, Refreshes and Returns via ServiceNow application.

Worked at the Operational Loyalty Management division at Amadeus. -Managing airline accounts on daily basis giving airline partners support and solutions. -Analyzing data, preparing functional documents, analyzing customer requirements and system related problems providing solutions and changes for Amadeus customers. -Worked in conjunction with the software developers to solve problems and make the necessary changes in the system according to customer's request. -Tested new releases of the software during development stages and in UAT environment. -Enhancing the system via bug tracking.

Worked under the CERT project sponsored by the UK Government. -Trough face to face direct sales, presented product details to the customers and received sales orders. -Gave trainings at the office to new hires and helped with the office work.

Assisted in finding customer and market data to support new business proposals. -Involved in tasks that are of secretarial nature such as translations.

Involved in ARI Movement's work on Turkey-EU relations; researching, collecting, compiling data and preparing reports on social, political and economic differences and differences between EU member states and Turkey. -Contributed to the European Union's Civil Society Dialog Promotion "Youth Initiatives Grant Scheme"​ project. -Written weekly articles on political issues to be published on ARI Movement's website. -Assigned tasks of operational and secretarial nature such as translations.
