- Developed an optimization model to optimize the distribution of Argon in the USA - Conducted research on inventory optimization to define safety stock and inventory policies in supply chain applications.

- Supervised the completion of the construction of a new vegetable seed plant - Managed engineering projects to improve production efficiency with a combined budget of $16 M - Led an initiative that identified 180 improvement opportunities at the corn & soy plant that resulted in immediate changes and new capital projects

- Conducted continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma - Developed a KPI Dashboard for Global Manufacturing, which was adopted to measure the performance at hola call production sites - Trained more than 80 employees in Lean Manufacturing
