-Check and control job posts prepared via company career portals, determine the necessary competencies and ensure that the postings are prepared accordingly, -Maintain communication with relevant departments throughout the recruitment process, -Follow PTF processes closely, -Conduct searches for open positions accordingly to the criteria and department expectations, and identify candidates, -Conduct interview processes for candidates and work in coordination with units, -Ensure that the candidates complete the necessary test inventories given to them and share the results with the relevant unit managers, -Maintain active communication with candidates regarding processes.
