* Job responsibilities include but not limited to: * Took charge of a backlogged operation involving Medicare Check Processing. * Directed a team of approximately 10 team members to clean up backlog. * Create tactics and developed macros that assisted in backlog elimination, which cut cost and increased productivity. * Handled MSP (Medicare Secondary Provider) and Non-MSP Claims. * Regulated training in a classroom setting.
