About

My curiosity to deeply understand how things work led me to pursue an MSc degree in Physics at the University of Buenos Aires. I've worked as a fullstack developer with technologies like React.js and Next.js for the development of frontend web applications and Python for the backend development of API's. I have also taken part in some aspects of backend development using technologies such as terraform and AWS for insfrastructure. Throughout the career I learnt advanced mathematics, statistics and physics which helped me to develop an ability for abstract thinking, problem solving and learning new things. On the soft skills side university also made me experience teamwork due to the laboratories and group assignments. I have been using python for the laboratories and I took a data science course as I find AI and machine learning interesting. In these I learnt NumPy, SciPy, pandas, scikit-learn and matplotlib. My interests are technology, programming, finances and science.

Liqui offers a platform for self-management of freelancers taxes and a marketplace for gig workers where they generate an employment history. The frontend on the one hand consists of a b2b web application with ReactJs in which I participated in the development of user and administrator panels which have interactive dashboards that allow to view, collect, edit and summarize information. On the other hand it also consists of a NextJs application which is a job marketplace for users where they can create their accounts and apply for jobs. In the development and maintenance of both applications I gained experience working with tables, complex multi-step forms, global state (Redux, Zustand and Context) and communication with external applications through RestAPIs. I also participated in the planning and improvement of the code structure and design always aiming to implement maintainable and understandable code. I also contributed in the maintenance and development of the infrastructure. More specifically I helped to write a continuous integration and distribution (CI-CD) pipeline with gitlab on the one hand and on the other hand I participated in the development of a terraform module for internal use with AWS. Last but not least, I was able to contribute to the backend in the development of APIs to consume in the frontend using python with the FastAPI framework.
