I’m financial due diligence and M&A professional based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. I was founding partner at Almaty Investment Company - independent financial advisory and investment boutique firm, that provide investment advisory services to middle and large business in Central Asian and CIS regions. Before that I worked as financial due diligence manager at Deloitte CIS in Almaty office. I was focusing on engagements in wide range of industries, including transportation, energy, banking, manufacturing and others. Before Deloitte, I was CFO at Kazakhstani government innovation fund for almost one year. My primary responsibilities were managing all operating, financing and investment activities. Functions include but not limited by external auditor's support, day to day cash and liquidity management, internal controls, budgeting and reporting functions, investment analysis, financial modeling. Also, I've worked at EY audit & assurance for more than 4 years. Last holding position was Senior 2. Generally, my audit engagements include industrial sectors such as Telecom, Transportation, Construction, Retail, Insurance, Media, Medical Services, Real Estate, Oil & Gas and Energy. Most of my clients were multinational and large local companies. Before that I've employed by EY Transaction Advisory Services team as a Valuation specialist, where I've been assigned to a number of intenational and local engagements. In 2010 I've started my audit career in a role of audit assistant (A1) at KPMG office in Almaty. I've participated in challenging audit projects in Mining, Oil & Gas, Banking, Retail and Telecom. I have passed all ACCA qualification exams.
