The “Be an Ambassador” program is one of Egypt’s flagship initiatives for empowering youth in governance and sustainable development. Organized by the Ministry of Planning, Economic Development & International Cooperation (MPED) and supervised by the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD), the program offers an intensive learning journey designed to prepare future leaders who can contribute to Egypt’s Vision 2030. Throughout the program, I received extensive training on sustainable development, climate action, public policy, governance frameworks, and the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). The training blended theoretical foundations with case studies, interactive workshops, and practical applications that strengthened my analytical and problem-solving abilities. A key part of the experience was the specialized Training of Trainers (TOT) phase, which enhanced my leadership, communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills. This stage prepared us to transfer knowledge effectively and support community-focused development initiatives. During the practical implementation phase, I worked with my colleagues on “The Sustainable Green Farm – BioSol,” a model integrating organic agriculture, renewable energy, and circular economy practices. The project showcased how sustainability can be turned into innovative, investment-ready solutions addressing food security, clean energy, and economic development. The program also included a field visit to the SEKEM Foundation, where we observed real-world applications of sustainable practices in agriculture, industry, and education—providing a deeper understanding of how sustainability drives long-term community resilience. Overall, the program enriched my knowledge, expanded my competencies, and strengthened my commitment to contributing to sustainable development in Egypt. It was a transformative experience that enhanced my teamwork, adaptability, and strategic thinking

This program is providing me with in-depth knowledge and practical skills in freelancing, digital work, and project execution.
