In my current role as Manager – Stores, I lead end-to-end store operations, overseeing engineering stores, raw material stores, and warehouses across multiple locations. I manage Material Requirement Planning (MRP) in collaboration with the marketing department to ensure accurate forecasting and timely availability of raw materials. I prepared monthly stock reports and planned material requirements in alignment with production schedules.
