I founded AeliusMD, a company specializing in electronic health records (EHR) and medical billing software. I lead the development and implementation of solutions that streamline healthcare administration, improve billing accuracy, and enhance patient data management for medical providers.

After the pandemic, I noticed significant disruptions in VA and legal VA services and founded MedCube USA to address these gaps. The company provides efficient medical billing, claims management, and legal VA support solutions, helping streamline operations and improve service delivery for veterans, legal processes, and healthcare providers.

I founded GalenMD, a company focused on medical billing and healthcare solutions. I led the business in streamlining healthcare processes, improving billing accuracy, and providing efficient services to medical providers, combining industry knowledge with technology-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

I founded ErosPear Consulting, a startup that I successfully led for over a decade. During this time, I oversaw all aspects of the business, from strategy and operations to client relations and project delivery, building a reputation for providing innovative and reliable consulting solutions.

I moved to the U.S. branch of General Automation Inc., where I worked on industrial automation projects for manufacturing and process industries. I designed and implemented control systems, utilizing early PLCs, analog controllers, and computer-based monitoring systems. My work focused on improving system reliability and process efficiency through instrumentation and automation solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into plant operations.

As a Process Engineer at General Automation Inc. in Europe (1974), I worked on designing and optimizing industrial control systems, integrating sensors and instrumentation to improve efficiency and reliability. I gained hands-on experience with early automation technologies, combining electrical and process engineering to enhance plant performance.

I gained a strong understanding of electrical systems, electronics, and automation technologies, learning to design and implement control systems using sensors and microcontrollers. My studies built a solid foundation in circuit design, process control, and system analysis.
