Managing Information Technology Network & Systems Operation Kingdom Wide. Design, manage and enhance company's network and systems operation platforms, ensure data communication on multi-computing/Wide Area Networks platforms with minimal downtime, increase information flow reliability and availability. Provide business sectors & branches with the infrastructure required simplifying access to business information system, collaboration tools, and users support in an adequate response time. Responsibilities: - Assist setup of IT strategic plans and procedures. - Asset and implement IT disaster recovery plans - Network engineering and technical support, including problem analysis, troubleshooting and resolution for wide area network and local area network setup. Supervising all I.T. systems and network operation Kingdom Wide. - Coordinate, review, and monitor hardware and software maintenance contracts in accordance to Banaja Holding standard SLAs with SBUs. - Supervise configuration of information and communication "Tier 3" operation room systems, including network devices, servers and other facility systems (i.e. Fire fighting systems, Power UPS, Ventilation, Dehumidification, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system, Operation room environment monitoring & alarming system, Operation Cameras Surveillance System), etc. - Assure operation and maintenance of all IT Data Center facilities including scheduling, coordinating, performing, and documenting all related activities. - Continuously monitor, and diagnose all main business services availability and performance assuring high systems & services availability. - Responsible of reporting any infrastructural or technology performance or failure incidents, Perform immediate response procedure in action to eliminate or minimize the cause of the incident in efforts restore all impacted services as quickly as required by SLA agreements with Banaja Holding SBUs., including initial diagnostics, reporting to internal and external technical support service staff & maintenance contracts providers. - Supervising technical daily operational activities, providing leadership for projects teams. - Responsible of assuring corporate Intellectual Property Licensing Policy compliance, including analysis and forecasting annual required license budget for all corporate SBUs licensing requirements. - Provide support to information systems users assuring prober use of IT services & equipment. - Supervising all communication lines plan implementation, including bandwidth recommendations, requests, installations, configurations, monitoring performance, reporting failures, coordinating external service provides support in an effort to restore the service as soon as agreed SLAs with Banaja Holding SBUs.
