Provide field service support and consultation such as acceptance testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of low, medium, and high voltage systems; advise customers and provide best technical solution to solve problems as they arise. Conduct required tests and calibration using test equipment; check and maintain equipment to ensure compliance with electrical standards. In this role, also: ● Comply with Safety and cyber security policies, practices, and procedures. ● Comply to the mandatory safety policies (Preparation, Job Safety Analysis, PPE, reporting near Miss, LOTO, etc. ● Co-ordinate with customer for entry gate pass, work permit etc. ● Understanding scope of work. ● Deliver technical solutions to customers. ● Perform less conventional complex engineering assignments that may involve equipment or product design, testing of materials, process studies, or research investigations. ● Proficiency in the following: Test Equipment Operation, Troubleshooting Techniques, Protective Relays, Power Quality Measurements, Disaster Recovery, Rotating Machinery, Protection & Control Design. ● Generate timely and accurate service reports on work, product performance, and warranties. ● Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment’s upgrades that will meet customer need. ● When at customer site, looking for other business opportunities outside current scope of work and lead them to the sales team.

● Frequently Coordinating with National Load Dispatch Center (NLDC) and Distribution Management System (DMS)for distribution Grid safety operations. ● Management of all 33 kV Distribution substations in Khartoum North (Sudan). ● Management of all 33 kV & 11 kV Feeders in Khartoum North (Sudan) including Automatic disconnect equipment such as Load break switch (L.B.S), Auto Re-closer(AR),.. . ● Operate all 33kv feeders outgoing form Transformation station, 33 kv/11kv Distribution station, and 11kv feeders by SCADA system. ● 33 &11 KV stations Point to point tests checking SCADA database integrity with substation RTUs. ● Respond to emergencies (low frequency, transformer or distribution line failures) and route current around affected equipment. ● Ensure safe operating conditions for medium voltage equipment transformers, feeders,. ● led the maintenance teams for faults clears or for alternative feeds. ● Use GIS for feeders paths and alternative power supply feeds . ● Load shedding management. ● Black out restoration. ● Doing daily network operation report. ● Monitored processes and recommended methods for improvement. ● Finished all tasks and job duties, to avoid delays. ● Completed all required paperwork within anticipated timeframes. ● Assisted team members and managers with tasks to maintain productivity and meet project milestones. ● Participated in seminars and additional training to expand knowledge and skills. ● Followed established guidelines and procedures.

● Erection, Testing, and Maintenance of projects Electrical Equipment's like RMU, Auxiliary Transformers, M.D.B, 33 K.V H.T Cable, L.T cables, Lighting. ● Commissioning. ● Cathodic protection System. ● Commissioning. ● Pressure switch for PCP and ESP wells. ● Making Survey of respective work orders . ● Making Site Report, MTO and Scope of work.
