Responsible for sourcing and procurement of goods. Purchases raw materials, equipment, tools, parts and supplies for a group of products/functions.  Negotiate agreements by analyzing supplier quotations and terms, achieve the best global commercial condition. Locate new sources of supply and establish new suppliers. Continually monitor and present Key Performance Indicators and ensure that Target Cost is controlled.

•Communicating with prospective vendors and preparing contracts. •Formulating tender documentation. •Strategic sourcing of new vendors to improve supply chain efficiency and meet budgetary goals. •Preparing, processing and validating purchase orders to ensure proper policies and protocols are followed. •Generating prospective clients through networking and marketing. •Conducting bid analysis and execution. •Recurrently dealing with local and international clients like ADNOC, GASCO, NDC, BRITISH PETROLEUM, CNPC, etc.

•Preparing RFQ’s and obtaining relevant quotations. •Achieving targets put forward by the sales and commercial manager. •Drafting commercial and technical bid documentation. •Preparing purchase orders. •Developing and reviewing purchase requests and ensuring authorization as necessary to facilitate the timely purchase of new products. •Sourcing cost effective materials to meet client requirements. •Verifying freight arrangements of top quality. •Overseeing estimation of freight costs and call-off freight forwarding services from suppliers, to meet required on-site dates at minimum costs. •Ensuring the use of ERP for contracting and procurement transactions. •Closely worked with ADNOC and it’s 16 subsidiaries.

•Meeting and introducing our products to potential clients. •Working on commercial and technical enquiries received from government entities. •Acquiring the right suppliers for requested products. •Purchasing materials as per clients and end-users requirements. •Ensuring bids turn into successful busniness orders. •Constantly following up with suppliers on confirmed purchase orders. •Examining materials received from suppliers prior to delivery. •Preparation of Shipping Documents, Delivery Notes and Invoices. •Conducting after sales services. •Expediting materials for on-time delivery to clients. •Ensuring documents are recorded with the electronic filing system as well as maintaining hard copy information.
