-Set up, use, and improve the Quality Management System (IATF 16949:2016). -Check quality goals, find problems, and follow corrective actions. -Write and update documents and records (procedures, instructions, forms). -Learn new quality and environmental methods, see if they can be used in the company, and apply them if needed. -Talk with people about environmental issues and do the related paperwork. -Approve first tests and checks for parts to be made. -Make sure bad products are separated and necessary actions are taken.

-Finished product analyses were performed in accordance with GMP and GLP rules According to USP, EP and BP pharmacopoeias, tests such as quantity determination, dissolution, impurity, pH, hardness, weight deviation, moisture determination were applied. -Quantitative and qualitative analyses were performed using HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, Karl Fischer Titrator and FTIR devices. -OOS, OOT and deviation records were monitored; support was provided within the scope of corrective and preventive activities (CAPA). Sample preparation, reagent and solution preparation, device calibration and daily control procedures were carried out. -The compliance of laboratory documentation was ensured in internal and external audit processes

-Procedures for entering the production area and hygiene rules in accordance with GMP standards were observed. -Weighing, mixing, filling and packaging steps were followed in herbal cosmetics and food supplement production processes. -Support was provided for pre-production preparation, equipment cleaning and cleaning validation processes. -Registration processes were observed through SAP and production tracking forms, and information was obtained about production documentation processes.

-Within the scope of textile finishing processes, processes such as softening, water repellency, antibacterial were applied on the production line, observed and samples were taken for quality tests by monitoring the process. -Fabric properties were evaluated by participating in analysis processes such as strength, rubbing fastness, water repellency -Worked in accordance with MSDS documents and personal protective equipment (PPE) rules; occupational health and safety awareness was gained

Chromium oxide (Cr₂O₃), Cr⁶⁺, heavy metals, oil, phthalates, Poly Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH), AZO dyes and pH determination analyses were conducted. -Contributed to the preparation of preliminary preparation, sample labeling, archiving and simple measurement reports.
