Bij Imtech Nederland hoorde ik op mijn eerste werkdag dat dit meteen de laatste was: ontslag in verband met bezuinigingen. Ik ga dus weer op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging!

Wat een goede keuze is dat geweest....de rol van Scrum Master oppakken toen we bij MN gingen werken in multidisciplinaire teams aan de hand van het Scrum framework! Met veel plezier en energie faciliteer ik 2 teams binnen Ontwikkeling & Beheer die software bouwen en onderhouden voor de basisadministratie. Ik gebruik graag Liberating Structures in mijn werk om zo iedereen in het team te betrekken en te laten bijdragen aan de groei van het team. Daarnaast geef ik regelmatig workshops binnen MN om iedereen kennis te laten maken met Scrum en Agile.

Bij het COA werk ik als Functioneel Applicatie Beheerder voor met name Corsa. Dit document management systeem wordt ingezet voor onder andere de digitale afhandeling van facturen, bewonersdossiers en personeelsdossiers en wordt gebruikt door circa 650 gebruikers. Daarnaast beheer ik de roosterapplicatie Monaco en fungeer ik als achtervang beheerder voor de portal op basis van Sharepoint. Vanaf april 2011 heb ik ook de rol van problem manager. Hierin heb ik het proces opnieuw vorm en inhoud gegeven.

The Document Professional advises GO, NGO and commercial organisations how to design their document intensive processes and how to implement their document management system (DMS). Besides implementing the DMS a Document Professional can also function as the functional application manager after implementation. I've been working full time as test engineer at Stater Information Services in Leusden since September 2006 except for several weeks in which I've been training end users and application managers with the use of Corsa DMS2006. As of June 2007 I was working as Client Specialist with Functional Beheer at Stater Nederland, specialised in intermediairy rewards transparancy. Since February 2009 I've made the switch (back) to the NGO market to provide support and advise regarding more optimal use of the DMS and workflow possibilities in the Corsa DMS. At the moment I'm detached at COA Rijswijk to guide the implementation of Corsa Invoice and digital work environment.
