I have strong expertise in quality control, production supervision, kiln operation, glaze and body defect analysis, process optimization, and team management. My role involves monitoring production from pressing to packing, ensuring adherence to quality standards, reducing rejection, and improving productivity. As a Production Supervisor, I have experience in shift handling, manpower management, production planning, target achievement, machine coordination, and cross-department communication with maintenance, design, and quality teams. As a QC Incharge, I am skilled in surface and body defect identification, shade variation control, warpage control, water absorption testing, breaking strength, glaze thickness control, and compliance with international quality standards. I have successfully handled common production and quality issues such as pinholes, cracks, glaze crawling, black core, warpage, size variation, and firing defects, ensuring consistent output and customer satisfaction.
