am a Health & Sports Science student with a focused interest in human performance, rehabilitation, and evidence-based training. Alongside my academic studies, I hold an iTEC Diploma in Massage and have practical experience in therapeutic and Swedish massage. My development is centred around understanding how the body performs, adapts, and recovers — combining scientific principles with hands-on application. I am particularly interested in: • Performance and injury prevention • Recovery and rehabilitation principles • Strength and conditioning foundations • Long-term physical development I am currently building both academic knowledge and applied experience, with the long-term goal of working within high-performance sport, rehabilitation settings, or private practice.
