* Main responsibilities are: * Managing and responsible for the Van Rees Group IT environment * Setup and manage IT department (3 FTE) * Develop and implement IT strategy Van Rees Group * Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures in line with IT strategy * Manage and coordinate all IT-related matters including data, security, computer hard- and software, connectivity, wireless communications and telephony * Develop and setup IT audit framework (access management, change management & release management) * Manage periodic releases including bug fixes and customizations through DTAP in concert with supplier and cloud partner * Design and maintain AX authorization roles * Working closely with business to gather requirements for improvements and translate them into a Functional Design * Manage BI environment which includes the following BI tools; Jet Reports, Targit, Atlas and SSRS * Manage and maintain Office 365, including Exchange, Skype for Business, OneDrive and SharePoint online
