At CPA Global, my key job responsibilities involved analysing data for clients across the globe, analysing and uploading their Patent/Designs/Trademark related data on their respective websites,generating E-Billing reports and sending them to the clients, managing client’s accounts within our internal database, following a legal procedure to locate clients who fail to inform about their change of location, keeping a constant track of all activities in clients’ accounts as well as quality checking. In addition I was a part of the training team responsible for on boarding the new joinees.

At EXL, as a Trainer and Quality Analyst, I was responsible for mentoring the new joinees and existing executives on their day to day work and giving feedback for the same.In addition, I used to prepare weekly and monthly audit reports about the performance of the teams and manage the weekly process calibration meetings with the quality team of EXL across the country. Focussed on achieving the most difficult tasks through dedicated study and adherence to the process and willingness to progress, I helped the organisation to achieve higher customer satisfaction.
