→ Several years of experience in strategic and operational purchasing. → Responsible for the purchase of manufacturing products, electrical components → Components and complete machinery in outsourcing purchasing for the last 4 years. → Supplier management by supporting the quality and project departments. → Function as a link between the project teams and the purchasing department for special machines. → Support localization projects with cost analysis and use in assembled projects manufactured by the supplier. → Responsibility for make- or-buy decisions in the delivery phase within the project requirements. → Develop new suppliers to be highly qualified and competitive for customer needs. → Price negotiations in line with project budgets and cost reduction measures taking into account technical aspects. → Support design departments with manufacturing experience in concept or other phases. → First point of contact for SAP in the purchasing department in case of delegation of authority or system errors.

→ Exterior trim parts and mechanism procurement activities (Doors and closures, HVAC ) → Identification of sources of supply (local/abroad) for the parts under responsibility. → Control and manage localization activities; conduct the corresponding negotiations and meetings with suppliers. → Plan and execute activities to reduce annual vehicle costs compared to purchased parts in mass production. → Control and regularly report on the cost of locally sourced parts. → Participate in the problem solving team for quality, transportation and management issues related to suppliers. → Preparation and control of the budget in relation to suppliers' investments and expenses.

→ Expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers. → Finding a reasonable solution for customers. → Ensuring the delivery of the order. → Supporting the calculation of new projects according to customer needs.

→ Transferring CAD data to the CAM dimensions for production line. → Preparation of production line flow-charts. → Detailed section drawing of the on-producing parts. → Transmission systems researching. → Due date arrangements and deadline responsibility. → Specifying of production planning and following the production flowing up. → Preparation of the production planning analysis tables. → Being related with both inventory and production department to make the production efficient.

→ Endurance and leak-tightness test processing. → Improving molding, casting and patering results.
