As International Director of the Headwear Group, I lead global strategy, market expansion, and cross-border partnerships to drive growth and innovation in the headwear industry. My role bridges creative direction with commercial leadership, overseeing operations across diverse markets and aligning regional teams with our global vision.

The Headwear Group of Companies has been in the headwear manufacturing industry since 1974, and now boasts a distribution network servicing all continents of the world. Oversaw and ran the supply chain for the 13 branches across the globe who make up the Headwear group. The role included the day to day communication with both factory and relevant branches to ensure that all overseas orders were delivered to the required parties on time and to the specifications required. Furthermore the role oversaw that all financing, costs and payments between supplier and the branches were correct and completed as per agreed terms.
