Manage and direct the course of DT Swiss, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of DT Swiss Group based in Biel Switzerland. Areas of responsibility include Sales & Marketing, Service, Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, as well as the integration of global roles shared by all DT Swiss company entities.

Responsible for a strong team of Materials, Sourcing, & Purchasing professionals in the re-structuring efforts within Horton Automatics as well as group integration with the family of companies owned by Overhead Door Corporation. Key Projects included: 1) Integration of primary suppliers including long range integrated contracts & on-Location-supplier- managed inventory. 2) Management Team tasked with the re-structure of Horton Automatics Ltd located in Telford, Great Britain. 3) Implementation of Performance Controls, 5S, Waste Reduction, & Six Sigma processes within the Company.

Directed a strong team of sourcing & supply management professionals at the Tucson Arizona facility as well as the Nogales Mexico manufacturing facility. Key Projects included: 1) Integration of primary suppliers through long range contracts, consignment inventories, & on-Location-supplier managed inventories. 2) Design & implementation of year-over-year cost metrics & process reduction programs. 3) Served on strategic management team for the purpose of absorption Integration of the Weiser Lock organization into the Black & Decker organization upon corporate sale.

From 1986 - 1988: Clothing & Materials Sourcing/Buyer 1989 - 1993: Group Management of Clothing Division in addition to Sourcing/Buying 1994 - 2002: Manager of Purchasing/Sourcing including Bicycle/Clothing/Accessory Divisions
