I am a leader who places people at the center of decision-making and takes a strategic approach to leadership development. With extensive experience in shaping and leading teams to achieve collective and organizational goals, I am passionate about creating sustainable work environments aligned with the company's values. I believe that a strong organizational culture, which fosters belonging and diversity, is essential for driving innovation and sustainability in today’s corporate landscape. Currently, I am the HR Operations Coordinator at Simbi Socialtech, where I lead initiatives in people development, project management, corporate communications, and am responsible for mapping and implementing organizational processes. I also have experience in branding and in equity and inclusion strategies, and I specialize in behavioral strategies, utilizing the Profiler methodology to foster engagement and sustainable results within organizations. My undergraduate degree in International Negotiations provided me with a global and strategic perspective, enabling me to critically assess both global and local challenges and understand how organizations can adapt and thrive in this context. I hold a Master's in International Relations from the Federal University of Bahia, with a focus on human rights, leadership, diversity, and peace operations. I am also specialized in Strategic Leadership for Peace Culture from UCSAL. Additionally, I had the opportunity to study at the University of La Verne, in California, where I deepened my knowledge of International Strategic Management and Marketing. Over the past 5 years, my career has been focused on consulting, mentoring, and training, with an emphasis on leadership development and adapting organizational cultures to meet both people’s and market’s evolving needs. My work is always centered on strategic impact, with the goal of driving continuous growth and fostering inclusive and sustainable work environments.
