Developed the State Farm banking component of the sales organization through a focus on superior customer service with new and existing clients. Successfully marketed financial products and services through the Rochester Chamber of Commerce, the Rochester Women’s Expo and sponsoring of charity golf expos.

Responsible for Ann Taylor business development for the Rochester store. Wrote and implemented the SOP’s used in the day to day store operations. Executed and monitored all staff training components and responsible for staff retention through outcome-based corporate goal setting. Focused on staff development and building a business strategy to achieve the Ann Taylor mission of “Dress for Life”.

Developed and maintained research protocols including all aspects of participation through study conclusion. Managed upwards of 10 active protocols at any given time, ensuring all appropriate documentation was filed in compliance with IRB regulations. Presented on-going statistical results to the clinical investigators as the studies progressed. Served in meetings on a consultative level to disseminate information to all levels of management.

Created and implemented recruitment and customer service programs for multiple staffing clients – including medical device, food/parts manufacturing, and insurance/financial services. Managed these programs with the goal of filling clients’ employment needs, including skilled/unskilled labor, manufacturing QA/QC positions, administrative/clerical and (light) IT and sales. Recruitment of candidates through the use of internet resources, job fair venues and advertising. Daily, weekly and monthly evaluation of program parameters through successful outcome influence. Strong customer service focus with 25% travel to client sites.
