was an international company which manufactured denim fabrics for customers like Levi Strauss, H.D. Lee, Polo Ralph Lauren and The Gap. During her 11 years of reporting to the President of the Denim Division, Barbara had responsibility for the comprehensive development of Greenwood's Career Development System. Barbara was the Lead Facilitator for the Total Quality Management Process and Chief Advisor to the Strategic Internal Communications Task Force. In addition, Barbara planned major management meetings both on and off-site and built rapport with associates at all the manufacturing locations in Georgia, Tennessee & South Carolina. Barbara was the Human Resources Director for the New York Sales & Marketing Office as well as the facility manager.

B.L. Freedman & Company Barbara and her husband, Barry, own a textile brokerage company that was founded the year they moved to Vermont from New York. Barbara's responsibilities include all business aspects of the firm including, but not limited to, purchasing, invoicing, tax filing & reporting, QuickBooks entry & reporting, tracking contracts & shipments, web development and maintenance and financial planning. All aspects of start-up planning and execution in 1998 were Barbara's responsibility.
