* Manage parts related personnel at multiple company locations. * Field inside sales calls for parts. * Research information as needed and customer follow-up. * Purchase goods needed for service department, parts orders and accessories to support equipment orders. * Generate purchase orders and sales orders through ACCESS based programs. * Follow up on open sales orders and expedite open purchase orders. * Monitor receipt of products and returned goods and create appropriate documentation. * Responsible for all monthly stock parts purchasing through primary supplier for all company locations. * Monitor levels of inventory and make stocking adjustments as needed. * Oversee and collaborate with shipping/receiving personnel in regards to shipment planning, carrier selection and transportation budget management. * Work directly with outside sales staff to service their customers to increase and generate new business.
