Project : Riyadh Metro Project – Lines 1 and 2 Client: Royal Commission for Riyadh City Consultant: RMTC Contractor: BACS Consortium under Almabani General Contractors Roles: •Management of Underground Utilities Project’s Packages &/or Sub Projects Package from Conception to Completion, ensuring that the objectives of the client and the company, for the project are delivered. BRIEF ABOUT SCOPE OF WORK IN SWCC PLANT: Scope covered the repair & reconstruction of Desalination Units. It included the removal of Brine Recycle & Discharge Pumps, Motors, repair of the pump pit walls, pits, slabs, columns, pedestals, replacement of potable and sweater pipes , etc. All works had to be completed within 72 days shutdown period. It also included fixing of cofferdams to isolate the seawater, dewatering of the Common Bays & Traveling Screens area and dismantling & re-installing of all pumps, motors, pipes, electrical cables, etc after repairing the structures. Project (3) : REPLACEMENT OF SEAWATER FRP PIPES & FITTINGS AT SWCC JUBAIL PLANT I JUBAIL SAUDI ARABIA I CLIENT: SALINE WATER CONVERSION CORPORATION I CONTRACT VALUE USD 795,024 Roles: In charge for the entire project Mechanical activities (Major: Replacement of FRP Brine Recycle min. flow pipeline, Brine Pumps Discharge Spools and FRP Flanges, Replacement of the metallic pipes of water boxes drain & their headers with FRP Pipes & Fittings.

In charge of Promoting & marketing SKM central HVAC equipment, performing manual & Computerized selection for HVAC equipment, Analysis cost of different central A/C projects & issuing quotation, Expert on Aramco, SEC, Royal Commission and other HVAC Standards, follow up with A/C contractors & end users such as ARAMCO, SEC & Private sector customers, Assisting Consultant & Design Offices in the design of different applied A/C Systems.
