1-Creating and maintaining sales leads with potential clients via phone calls and field visits. 2-Exaplaining to customers the needed products that satisfy customer's needs and expectations 3- arranging a meeting with customers and conducting site visits to take measurements. 4- Creating basic AutoCAD layout to elaborate the equipment location in the site . 5-arranging a meeting with the customers to agree upon the design layout and any modifications to be added. 6- negotiating with the customer regarding items requisition, anticipated delivery date, cost and payment method. 7- Liaising with procurement department and inventory controller to arrange purchase orders in case requested item is unavailable . 8- arrange meeting with plumbers and electricians to identify the items installation requirements and measurements 9- arranging the delivery of the finished products to the installation site. 10- providing after sales service by maintaining rapport with clients regarding feedback and issues that might be concerning
