• Oversee all activities involved in the acquisition and receipt of goods in accordance with the Plan of Record (POR). • Review and process purchase orders, ensuring alignment with approved budget and Supply Plan. • Maintain accurate purchase order documentation, files, and records, ensuring compliance with policies. • Measure and report On-Time (OT) performance and drive resolution of variances to the POR. • Audit and validate item receipt and vendor invoice against purchase orders, reconciling discrepancies as necessary. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address changes to the Supply Plan and maintain schedule. • Manage vendor relationships, including pricing management, analytics, and annual Request for Proposal (RFP) processes. • Participate in Supplier Rating development and provide feedback. • Coordinate with the Sourcing Team in finding vendor bidding and ensure new vendor onboarding process going smoothly • Review and implement forecast of supply and demand plan of each SIOP cyle • Monitor vendor’s performance, capacity and lead time

Oversees daily operations, maintaining relationships and effective communication with manufacturing, steam ship line, drayage providers, and 3PL to ensure on time deliveries. Tracking and auditing inbound shipments in-route and providing solutions to ensure containers arrive to final destinations without issues. Evaluating performance of vendors, truckers and 3PL. Acting as an escalation point for any urgent matters. Manages three direct reports and effectively collaborates with project manager to execute supply chain and logistics projects. Works closely with ocean and domestic carriers, along with regional distribution centers and drayage carriers, to mitigate delays, improve transit times, and ensure efficient turnaround times. Assisting accouting department to reconcile on any outstanding invoices. • Perform ad-hoc and cost analysis to minimize detention/demurrage, shipping and trucking costs and creates monthly reports for accounting reconciliation. • Collaborates daily with forecasting and planning departments to understand inventory needs, accurately creating and tracking inventory transfer orders via NetSuite. • Implemented innovative solution of shipping containers via two-step process, identifying less busy ports for initial step and contracting additional transportation methods for final destination delivery, generating a 30% cost savings per container on 6K+ annually shipped containers. • Creates and delivers daily transportation reports for customers, increasing transparency and reducing tensions around delivery times in light of global supply issues. • Monitor KPIs and drive corrective action, coordinating last milestone collaboration between all stakeholders.

• Excelling in providing rates quotation, evaluating and negotiating rates with carriers, vendors to obtain the best cost. • 100% daily tracking and tracing shipments with carriers, verifying receipt of shipment and updating clients daily on their shipments. • Reviewing, analyzing and negotiating contract rates with steam ship line and trucking company. • 100% ensuring vendor invoicing approval and auditing is completed accurately and in a time frame consistent with company policy. • Problem solving of missing documents, loss freight and advise customers with any issues or problems happen to their freight. • Proactively working with management to develop long-range goals and objectives for the purchasing department(s) and track performance using selected KPI’s • 100% completion on assigned goals to maintain good KPI. • Work with accounting and management to reconcile all outstanding payment issues in a timely manner to prevent delays in product delivery or services

• Achieved 98% average delivery rate on all projects for LCL and FCL with no loss of materials or asset. • Successfully in analyzing historical usage and future forecast to negotiate terms and conditions with trucking, steam ship line and airline companies to obtain the lowest cost, high accurate delivery, short lead-time and payment-term yearly. • 100 % update current shipment status by excelling at coordinating tasks of numerous internal divisions, external agencies and clients to ensure information transforming effectively and efficient. • Advanced expertise in reviewing invoices and shipping manifests to ensure full compliance with local customs and international regulations. • Created and prepared export documents by filing AES, reviewing bill of lading, packing list, commercial invoice, export declaration. • 100% staying on top of any changes, follow-ups until issue resolved by working closely with ocean carrier operations and drayage dispatch on EQ (container or chassis) issues. • Followed up with customers until freight is delivered. • Billed customers freight invoice. • 100% resolved customer complaints, and any discrepancies of invoices in a timely manner.
