Apart from making sure we played board games on Fridays, my responsibilities included: - Identifying, developing, and flourishing relationship with potential and existing occupants. - Working closely with the development team, attending strategy session and working with them to build content designed to create passion and grow the community. - Content marketing for the company’s newsletter and website. - Monitoring effective benchmarks for measuring the growth of the community and analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of the new initiative. - Manages Cranium One’s online presence on both the website and social media platforms. - Act as the face of Cranium One community both online and offline via speaking engagements and social events. - Plan and manage various events within the community ranging in size between 10 – 100 people. - Responsible for member acquisition and retention. - Collaborate with advertising and promotion managers to promote the brand. - Negotiation of advertising contracts with third party sites and ad companies.

The HUB is a place for technologists, social entrepreneurs, government, tech companies, impact investors and hackers in and around Lagos to co-create new solutions to the many social problems in Nigeria. CcHub functions at the heart of Nigeria’s technology innovation ecosystem as a place to: - facilitate creative thinking and collaborative problem solving - encourage technology innovation for improved social accountability in Nigeria - incubate novel tech ideas that promotes good governance/provision of public services - encourage shared accountability between technologist & innovators - serve as a living lab for prototyping and testing socially minded tech tools - build new skills and competencies - connect, share, create and find expertise The Hub acts as a cushy nest that accelerates the successful development of social tech ventures through an array of business support resources and services, developed and orchestrated by the hub management and offered both in the space and through our network of partners. In addition, the hub leads co-creation initiatives aimed at creating novel technologically driven solutions to the myriad social challenges facing the average Nigerian.
