Establish work flow (ME team related job including related list and DFM team fixture design) and personnel training in India branch b. Discussion ME fixture design with DFM team and coco TPM, then decide design to coco PD and lock down last proposal c. To do DOE for improved production yield with coco TPM (ensure the yield is above 95%), and ensure analysis data credibility d. Work out fixture T/A & issue report and related document including station list, bring up sop list, fixture POR list, parameter list... etc. e. Ensure the ME fixture delivery ETA is on schedule from vendor site f. Drive vendor OSS in factory and communicate with the vendor’s PM on line issue and fixture design change (optimize design and parts) g. Arrange ME team all schedule on time for MP build (plan set up, bring up, station qual, line qual... etc. schedule) h. Audit fixture amount with coco CapEx team and ensure 0% missing for every iPhone model i. Training PMs team to work out list and report (including FA report and tracking list), and building department meeting report and topic list j. Improve staff skill including work out analysis report and optmize fixture design proposal, and reduce maintenance rate of fixture from 23% to 17% k. Ensure the ME fixture proper rate is above 92%

Arrange after service team to trouble shooting equipment issue and work out prevention planning report c. Co-work with SEMI clients to development new equipment ( in-line Plasma import Wuxi NECpower Ltd ) and evaluation import automation proposal ( import automation door to dust-free oven, and import AVG car to support to transfer unit in production line ) d.
