Track and respond to all requests reserved in the ID security system and take the appropriate action. Facilitate, coordinate ( New & Renew ID ) for Employees and contractors. Report & maintain security devices and property company to ensure it’s work and provide the manager with the fault and damage. Overall supervision of all staff with ID Representatives to ensure that all activities and services requirement handled effectively, safety in accordance with company policy, procedures and local Government. Regulations include matters related to all types of visas Permits , Representing the company in the courts, embassies, ministries (Internal, Energy, Justice, etc.).

Issue all types of ID card for company employees, contractors, visitors, trainee and maintain records in ID System. Maintain records and data concerning various services provided to employees and prepare reports as required. Investigates the loss of ID. Cards, etc. and recommend correctives action. Participate in the various responsibilities of security section on matters related to all types of ID’s toward achieving the section goals.

Daily shift coordination with logistics & distribution in & out process. Make sure all security equipment on good condition and used by terminal dispatch security personnel. Checking identification cards, registration names of passengers and number of vehicles and recording entry and departure time on. Reports to security shift supervisor any unusual or suspicious incidents or any violations of company rules on security and conducts preliminary traffic and security investigations.

Checking all persons , vehicles and cargoes entering and leaving HADEED permises and assetsing firefighting when required. Patrol all Company facilities in accordance with pre-set schedule. Checks security vehicles and report to shift supervisor for work direction
