• Responsible for developing new multi-color flow cytometry assays and control cell line products using Beckman Coulter CytoFLEX S and CytoFLEX LX instruments • Responsible for creating new and optimizing existing Research Use Only (RUO) product configurations, manufacturing documents and external labels, and product manufacturing • Coordinate with external collaborator sites and patients regarding logistics and shipping of clinical samples for pilot/feasibility studies • Receiving whole blood samples - purifying mononuclear cells, cryopreservation, shipping, thawing, processing/testing of cells, plasma, and serum • Enrichment and Enumeration protocols of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) on the Bio-Rad Celsee Genesis platform and optimization of imaging on the BioTek Lionheart LX (for Enumeration) • Multi-color flow cytometry data analysis (Kaluza, WinList, GraphPad Prism, Excel) • Cell sorting using the Sony SH800S Cell Sorter • Same responsibilities as IncellDx Field Application Specialist position below

• Install flow cytometers at CAP-accredited and CLIA laboratories and train operators on product usage • Perform incoming QC inspections on instruments, reagents, and RMA (Returned Material Authorization) product • Perform field service on customer instrumentation • Perform preventive maintenance (PM), routine maintenance, and laser alignments on BD Accuri C6 and Sony EC800 Flow Cytometry Analyzers • Develop documentation and training material for new assays and instrumentation • Support Sales at trade shows and meetings • Conduct product demonstrations and technical seminars • Perform analytical tests in support of QC and Product Development • Provide customer email/phone/online via Zoom/on-site support • Survey customers and obtain feedback on their installation experience and ongoing customer interactions in a timely manner • Maintain an ISO 13485 compliant customer database • Submit accurate and timely expense reports • Shoot, edit, and produce product training videos
