* Coordination of tasks within the HR services team * provide advisory service to all employees and managers in payroll and labour administration * preparation of payroll inputs, control of payroll calculations, preparation of salary transfers * cooperation with and controlling outsourced payroll provider * prepare HR controlling reports ( using SAP, Nexonber, Nexontime) * active participation in process optimization and HR projects * give professional trainings and advice to management and employees

* entry/leaving preparation and registration of employees * maintain employee records in SAP system and personal files (manage and control changes in the system) * prepare reports for other HR functions (new joiner/leaver, report data in different configurations) * providing administrational support for the payroll and reward team

* Manage the work and the professional development of a team of 9 people in 4 different areas of HR operations such as Ask HR & Payroll, Employee Administration, Reward and L&D * Responsible for people management of all team members including capacity planning, performance appraisal, coaching and handling escalations * Ensure that high quality service is delivered to the business * Stakeholder management internally and with external service providers * Support and manage the successful implementation of new systems, processes within the function * Provide regular reports to key partners and ensure that relevant KPI/SLA targets are met within the team * Act as the primary contact for all Line managers
