Roles and functions as HR Manager - Overall HR Management - Handling and controlling the day to day HR operation - Leading recruitment projects - Initiate and implement new HR systems (appraisal, salary and bonus system etc.) - Supporting the Korean Management in order to solve the different culture related difficulties

Roles and functions as HR generalist HR generalist of Centralized Divisions - Manage and operate the HR issues of Financial areas, Marketing, Procurement, IT - Main tasks: recruitment, training, counselling etc. As the member of Central HR division beyond the above issues I was responsible for the recruitment strategy in cooperation with the stores' HR managers.
