Utilized Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm charts for containerization, orchestration, and deployment of microservices. Developed and maintained end-to-end automation to ensure continuous integration and delivery of cloud-native components, saving over 40 hours of manual effort per release cycle and improving deployment efficiency. Executed and analyzed CNE regression test suites using BRM and ECE to validate system stability and functionality across releases. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and fix defects in complex cloud-native and client-server telecom product environments, and tracked issues using JIRA, overseeing the defect resolution process.

Performed API positive and negative testing to ensure requirements were met. Utilized MS Office tools for documentation. Designed and implemented an automation framework to replace 500– manual API tests, cutting execution time from 3 days to 30 minutes and improving test accuracy by 100% through automation, ensuring consistent and error-free results.
