Troubleshooting critical customer network faults by understanding their network architecture & replicating network setup on offshore lab. Analysis from the customer requirement, evaluating the design & architecture specification and understanding their network topology to provide fixes or enhancements. Monitoring the performance of the network with the fixes provided & recommending improvements for optimal performance. Provide technical direction to fellow engineers, review their fixes, enhancements & network solutions and advice suggestions. Prepare project proposals, provide effort estimates, perform document reviews, and guide project team on all technical aspects. Providing onsite support for customers across geographies in Europe and Australia for acceptance test & network migration of Media Gateway Controller switches Preparing and maintaining procedures and documentation for network resolution of network faults, enhancements, modifications to networks, and maintenance instructions. •Installing, configuring & testing Network Elements in offshore lab with minimal time and support.
