Key Responsibilities include: * Review construction drawing and resolve any discrepancies with Consultant . * Ensure that the preparation of works in good quality prior to inspection of the consultant * Monitor safety performance of all personnel on site and recommend improvements to safety procedures. * With planning Engineer, prepare detailed work program and establish material procurement schedule . * With the project Manager, initiate the mobilization of resources for site facilities and project setup. * Implement construction programme as direct by the project Manager. * Prepare monthly outlook of manpower and material requirement. * Review daily work schedule, equipment and manpower requirements with supervisor.
