Developing new variants of fruit beverages (schedule and resources to meet production targets, delivery datelines and quality standards.) fusion drinks and functional beverages. Setting up of new fruit & CSD beverage line. Scaling up of beverage production line. Working out the job work modules for tetra pack, hot fill and coconut water bottling at different facilities.

Investigating Dioxin levels in the crude coconut oil by route cause analysis to demark the actual location from where the dioxin levels are randomly increasing in the coconut oil. Setting up a pilot plant in other Island Noro in western Province of Solomon Islands. Worked on setting up of Virgin Coconut oil plant. Worked on development of coconut water bottling as a bye product of virgin coconut oil plant. Monitoring the crude coconut oil filling and transporting through ISO tanks and Flexi tanks for export to European countries as per buyer requirements complying with statutory norms. Monitoring of production schedules, Quality aspects and Research and development activities. Monitoring dry copra purchase from different provinces by checking moisture analysis and bargaining with the farmers and middle men for effective purchasing. Monitoring the copra meal filling and exporting according to the given third party requirements and exporting complying with statutory norms.

Erection and commissioning of tender coconut water and hot fill beverage plants and functioning of the unit. Sourcing of raw materials packing materials and machines. Planning the layout according to GMP’s. Erection of Boiler, steam pipeline and its ancillaries. Erection of Blowing machines (PET stretch blow molding and PP Extrusion blow molding). Setting up of RO water plant, ETP plant, and Laboratory. Guiding for registration and permission for regulatory affairs(FSSAI, Inspector of Factories, SSI, GS1 India, IBR, Electricity boards works and Pollution control board). Developing new recipes of different combinational fruit drinks.

Epidemiology, diagnosis and control of Freshwater fish and prawn diseases. Analysis of Fresh water prawn viral diseases by PCR technique. Fresh water fish diseases with different bacterial isolation techniques. Study the occurrence of the disease and check with the existing data.
