• Direct and coordinate daily operations of the plant. • Develops and implements standard operating procedures • Develop and track key performance indicators to meet the targets. • Responsible for achieving manufacturing turnover of Fish feed & Shrimp feed. • Controls and minimize the plant PVOH & production overheads. • Responsible to investigate, analyze and resolve various process systems. • Maintain plant equipment’s health working condition by ensuring the PM activities. • Installation & commissioning of new equipment’s and machines • Implementation of maintenance systems like PM, MTBF, MTTR, MRT. • Timely response to operational issues impacting customer satisfaction and ensure conformance of customer requirement. • Responsible for company policies and systems like legal requirements, factory act, 5S, ISO 9001-2015, Safety regulations and compliance BAP requirements on feed plant process. • Responsible to encourage cross functional teams to achieve the plant capacity. • To identify the continual improvements opportunities & explore to achieve the plant capacities. • To motivate the team and maintain the positive environment among all stakeholder to achieve the better output. • Identify the employees’ competency and engage training needs for improving the operations. • To resolve the IR issues along with plant HR. • Manage & Handle union grievance • Mange and direct contractors. • Maintain critical spares parts inventory for smooth operation of plant. • Responsible for Manpower mapping and manufacturing excellence • Preparation of Annual budgets, sales plan, production plan, Repair & Maintenance budget and CAPEX plan. • Maintain the MIS for sales/production on daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Run the plant with budgeted values. Improve productivity & reduce the break down manpower mapping negotiate the contractors for new projects

• Experience in installation & commissioning of heavy machines like Muyang vertical ultra-fine grinding machines, Stolz crushing Hammer mill, Green counterflow Dryer, cooling machines,etc. • Handling the operations like intake of RM, coarse, fine Grinding process, batching operation, conditioning, pelletization, cooking, drying, cooling, sieving, packing process. • Handling of static and rotary equipment’s like cyclones, blower, bucket elevators and airjetbag filters. • Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production. • Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages. • Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements. • Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards. • Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives. • Develop techniques and methodologies for easy monitoring of production processes. • Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions. • Implement safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees. • Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals. • Qualified internal Auditor in Quality management system ISO 9001-2015 & OHSAS 18000,EMS 14000-2015,FSMS • Responsible for maintaining critical spares and inventory Management. • Responsible for Preparation of Minutes of meeting (MOM) in ISO 9001-2015 • Committee member in cost control management Team (CMAP).
